A weekend filled with healing, laughter, friendship, learning and so much more. Over 70 exhibitors fill the venue with colour! This is our most diverse and varied show with exhibitors ranging from organic food, to yoga and wellbeing and everything in between. There will be demonstrations of yoga and other health practices to watch or join in with – feel free to bring your mats.
This year we have expanded to bring you exhibitors that offer wellbeing products and ideas. With so much demand for health, wellbeing and mindfulness being the new buzz word we want to provide an opportunity to meet with and try out therapies and products that can help and enhance our lifestyles.
In the last three years we have welcomed exhibitors from all around the country who have gathered to share their experience, wisdom and talents. Hundreds of visitors have filled the venue at this lovely festival and the show has quickly become established and grows in reputation each time. Always very popular is the full programme of talks and workshops from speakers that are knowledgeable, informed and entertaining.
Come and spend a few moments in the healing tent where you can enjoy some quiet time to relax amidst the busyness of the show. There will also be a game for children to complete. This is a weekend for all the family. Join us for an amazing weekend filled with healing, learning, inspiration and laughter!

Directions and Venue information
There is FREE parking for up to 800 cars at the Kempton venue and a train station across the car park just 3 minutes walk from the exhibition venue.
Kempton Park is working with Surrey County Council to encourage customers to think of the environment when choosing how to travel to Kempton Park. We'd be grateful if you would consider public transport, walking, cycling or car sharing when planning your journey.
Kempton Park boasts its own train station on-site – Kempton Park – which is situated 200 yards from the Premier Enclosure entrance. Trains run every half an hour direct from London Waterloo with the journey time being just 40 minutes.
Located on the A308 between Sunbury on Thames and Hampton Court, less than one mile from Junction 1 of the M3 via Junction 12 of the M25. Priority car parking is provided to Owners & Trainers and those with a disabled badge and this is accessed via Gate 1 in Park Road.
